1) It’s high in protein, monounsturated fat, iron, Biz and zinc.
2) The American Heart Association includes emu in its listing of heart-healthy meats.
3) It’s low in fat and cholesterol.
4) Emu has more protein and fewer calories that an equal serving of bison, turkey and beef.
5) The ostrich is the only bird that’s bigger that an emu
